What you will do

• Embed into a core business department as a one-person product team, identifying friction points and building AI automations with clear success metrics on process improvement.
• Research problems, design solutions, code, and deploy end-to-end using AI agents and modern tooling.
• Build internal tools, web apps, dashboards, and workflows integrating AI with business processes.
• Ensure production-quality code with reliability, observability, and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate across engineering and business, translating real-world workflows into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Israel or Eastern Europe countries
• 3–5 years professional software engineering experience building and deploying production applications
• 1+ year hands-on building multimodal LLM-powered applications in production (AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-integrated tools)
• Daily use of AI agents like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex for research, coding, testing, deployment
• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude primary, OpenAI, Google Gemini), MCP, agentic architectures
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, Python, Firestore/Firebase, GCP, Docker, CI/CD, API design
• Self-directed with empathy, problem-solving, and ability to scope and deliver projects independently
