What you will do

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Apply advanced editing, sound design, and color grading to enhance production quality.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging video projects in collaboration with the creative team.
• Optimize content formats for YouTube, social media, and live streaming platforms.
• Manage video assets, project files, and editorial calendars to maintain an organized workflow.
• Stay updated on esports and gaming trends to ensure content remains relevant and relatable.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in esports, gaming, or digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
• Experience with editorial planning tools and content management systems.
• Deep familiarity with esports culture and youth trends.
