What you will do

• Handle end-to-end post-production including live action editing, VFX, color grading, sound design, and basic animation.
• Create diverse content for social media, long-form YouTube videos, and TV commercial quality productions.
• Repurpose raw rushes from the content library to create new edits, cut-downs, and reformatted versions.
• Collaborate with producers to scope projects and deliver optimized assets for specific channels.
• Communicate creative vision through storyboards and treatment decks.
• Develop engaging content using user-generated clips from customers and patients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in color grading, sound design, and narrative story-editing.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for a hybrid work arrangement.
• High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with feedback tools like Frame.io or Iconik.
