What you will do

• Lead PMI initiatives from pre-signing to post-close across all phases.
• Own integration strategy and execution with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Manage G&A integration in billing, operations, and legal to streamline processes.
• Identify and remove blockers for successful integration and value realization.
• Design Day After readiness plans in corporate development.
• Act as PMO for strategic problem-solving and cross-company initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills
• 5+ years in corporate development, management consulting, or strategic projects (tech preferred)
• BA/MA or MBA (top-tier a plus)
• Strong project leadership and problem-solving from strategy to execution
• Data-driven with analytical skills to distill complex info
• Exceptional communication for senior stakeholders
