What you will do

  • Design and optimize AI-driven voice campaigns, including call flows and conversational logic.
  • Develop and refine high-converting scripts tailored to different customer segments and goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics like conversion and revenue impact to identify growth opportunities.
  • Run structured A/B tests to improve targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to improve automation strategies and customer segmentation.
  • Conduct hands-on calls to validate approaches and enhance AI interaction quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, growth, or CRM-focused roles with a strong focus on conversion.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Experience writing structured scripts or persuasive customer communications.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems.
  • Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly based on results.
  • Fluent English and Native proficiency in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Greek.

Nice to have

  • Experience with conversational AI, voice bots, or AI-driven sales automation tools.
  • Background in high-performance, phone-based sales or structured outreach.
  • Experience with advanced CRM orchestration, dialing systems, or segmentation tools.
