What you will do
- Design and optimize AI-driven voice campaigns, including call flows and conversational logic.
- Develop and refine high-converting scripts tailored to different customer segments and goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics like conversion and revenue impact to identify growth opportunities.
- Run structured A/B tests to improve targeting, messaging, and timing.
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, and Data teams to improve automation strategies and customer segmentation.
- Conduct hands-on calls to validate approaches and enhance AI interaction quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, growth, or CRM-focused roles with a strong focus on conversion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Experience writing structured scripts or persuasive customer communications.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems.
- Ability to run experiments and iterate quickly based on results.
- Fluent English and Native proficiency in one of the following: Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Greek.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI, voice bots, or AI-driven sales automation tools.
- Background in high-performance, phone-based sales or structured outreach.
- Experience with advanced CRM orchestration, dialing systems, or segmentation tools.
