System Administrator

TL;DR

System Administrator (Microsoft 365): Manage and support internal IT environment including Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint devices (Windows & macOS), security, compliance, networking, and core SaaS applications with an accent on day-to-day operations, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining documentation. Focus on administering Entra ID, Intune, firewalls (FortiGate), VPN, and automating processes using PowerShell.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and serve as technical escalation point for end-user and system issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints using MDM solutions.
• Support SaaS applications like Jira, Zoom, Slack, and other business tools.
• Operate and troubleshoot firewall and VPN environments including FortiGate/FortiClient.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in IT projects, improvements, and automation with PowerShell/Bash.

Requirements

• 3–5 years as IT System Administrator in corporate/enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Microsoft Defender.
• Experience with identity/access controls: MFA, Conditional Access, SSO.
• Proven support for Windows and macOS; Intune and macOS MDM (Kandji/Jamf).
• Experience with firewalls/VPN (enterprise-grade) and core Azure services.
• PowerShell scripting; strong self-learning and customer-service skills.

Nice to have

• Linux experience.
• Bash scripting.
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), VPN alternatives.
• ITSM tools experience.
