TL;DR

Technical Specialist (Managed Services Solutions): Deployment and maintenance of custom hirify.global security solutions for clients with an accent on environment setup, monitoring, metrics definition, automated testing, and technical enhancements. Focus on analyzing customer environments, configuring security products, and troubleshooting data ingestion, parsing, and query performance.

Location: Bratislava (Hybrid)

Salary: from 2 500 EUR (brutto, monthly) + performance bonus up to 10%

hirify.global is a global cybersecurity company providing corporate security solutions.

What you will do

Deploy trial and production environments of hirify.global Corporate Solutions based on client requirements.
Monitor deployed environments and maintain key metrics and automated testing for new releases.
Enhance and evolve hirify.global security offerings, including SIEM, SOAR, Kafka, and BI tools.
Understand client use cases, analyze environments (architecture, infrastructure, OS, databases), and recommend optimal configurations.
Troubleshoot data issues like ingestion failures, parsing problems, query inefficiencies, and performance degradation.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure (IAM, networking, compute, storage).
Solid understanding of OnPrem/Cloud/Hybrid deployments.
Linux/Unix administration (Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, RedHat).
Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with log/event collections, SQL/NoSQL querying, data analysis, pattern detection, and visualization.
