What you will do

• Lead end-to-end quality ownership for features and domains from requirements to production
• Define and drive test strategy and planning for complex systems and integrations
• Design, write, and review test cases and scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and Salesforce testing
• Lead API testing strategy and execution, validate third-party integrations
• Analyze production issues, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with developers and product managers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing
• Proven experience with Salesforce platform testing (objects, flows, permissions, integrations)
• Strong experience in API testing (REST, JSON, Postman, Swagger)
• Hands-on experience testing complex third-party integrations and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, SQL skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, log analysis, debugging; Upper-Intermediate English
• Must be located in Ukraine

• Experience leading QA initiatives or mentoring
• Basic automation knowledge (API/UI)
• Test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
• CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana)
