What you will do

• Own the Validation Plan and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to map test cases to regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, UAT, and data migration.
• Verify QI workflow states and state transitions, including permission-based access control scenarios.
• Validate ServiceNow-to-Amplify data migration, ensuring field mapping accuracy and audit trail continuity.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, review test cases, and manage the defect lifecycle in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with the client’s Regulatory Affairs team to support regulatory review and sign-off.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA engineering experience in regulated life sciences or healthcare software.
• Experience testing workflow-driven or state-machine applications.
• Proven expertise in validating data migration and electronic record integrity.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking.
• English: Intermediate level required.

Nice to have

• SQL Server proficiency for data migration validation.
• Experience with automated testing and workflow testing.
