What you will do

• Lead full development lifecycle of critical platform services from architecture to production monitoring.
• Champion engineering best practices, system design, and AI integration across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to team and company initiatives beyond core responsibilities.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong backend experience with event-driven and microservices architectures, scalable system design
• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot for production systems
• Solid knowledge of data structures, design patterns, OOP
• Experience owning services end-to-end including testing, deployment, monitoring
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS advantage)

Nice to have

• Frontend with React or Angular
• Interest in AI for engineering productivity
• Ruby on Rails
• Maintenance and monitoring of microservice environments
