What you will do

• Develop high-quality solutions using PHP 8.2, MariaDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes.
• Participate in product definition and ideation processes within a fully agile Kanban environment.
• Implement Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor product and technical OKRs using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Mentor junior team members, provide feedback, and promote technical excellence.
• Ensure code quality through SOLID principles and Test Driven Development (TDD).

Requirements

• Strong mastery of PHP with 3+ years of experience working at scale.
• Solid knowledge of engineering fundamentals, data structures, concurrency, and design patterns.
• Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and Continuous Delivery.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona, Spain.
• English: B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with applied AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
