What you will do

• Administer Azure DevOps at scale, managing security settings, pipelines, service connections, and PR policies.
• Implement permission models using security groups and user profiles aligned with Azure Entra ID.
• Automate platform operations and user/project lifecycles using Azure DevOps REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to map pain points and design pragmatic platform solutions.
• Build and support Power BI reporting for platform health, usage, and DORA metrics.
• Leverage Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse for data-driven platform improvements.

Requirements

• Working experience in Azure DevOps setup and administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong grasp of ADO permissions, security groups, access levels, and governance.
• Proficiency in developing and supporting Power BI reports.
• Data processing skills using Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Azure Synapse.
• Comfortable scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps REST APIs.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) or AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) certifications.
• HashiCorp Terraform Associate certification.
• DP-900 (Azure Data Fundamentals) certification.
