What you will do

• Design, implement, and ship end-to-end features spanning web, mobile, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Own the entire code lifecycle from technical specification and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Tutor and guide other engineers to nurture a culture of technical excellence across the organization.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that deliver real user impact.
• Investigate and resolve production issues and build tools to improve system observability and reliability.
• Continuously improve system architecture, performance, and general development practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, ship, and maintain production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in one or more of: TypeScript/JavaScript (React/Node), Python, Java, Kotlin, Swift, Go, Scala, or C++.
• Strong technical fundamentals and architectural judgment.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging systems based on real-world behavior in production.

Nice to have

• Background in security or identity management.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling such as GCP, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with observability tools including logs, metrics, and tracing.
• Prior experience in small teams, startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Contributions to open-source projects or engineering communities.
