What you will do

  • Manage and initiate all on-site customer activities from a logistical and operational perspective.
  • Coordinate between Tier-3 Support, Technical Advisers, and Global Operations.
  • Handle initial incoming phone calls and email queries regarding storage products.
  • Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Availability for 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
  • Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hardware or software support.
  • Previous experience in similar operational support roles.
