What you will do
- Manage and initiate all on-site customer activities from a logistical and operational perspective.
- Coordinate between Tier-3 Support, Technical Advisers, and Global Operations.
- Handle initial incoming phone calls and email queries regarding storage products.
- Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Availability for 5 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in hardware or software support.
- Previous experience in similar operational support roles.
