What you will do

• Interact with and support application users to ensure production availability.
• Analyze service desk tickets, resolve defects, communicate solutions, and coordinate production implementations.
• Gather detailed requirements for mid-sized projects, bug fixes, and enhancements.
• Perform design, configuration, data setup, and cleansing for approved projects.
• Coordinate UAT with business clients and perform functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Coordinate training and rollout for new systems or enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, IT infrastructure, and development teams.

Requirements

• High English level
• BS in Computer Science or related field, preferably SAP certified in Material Management, Retail, S/4 Procurement, or SD.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in SAP projects, RICEFW, production support, troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify business requirements, document designs, work with master data interfaces, analyze root causes.
• Production support experience required.
• Strong communication skills for business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP / IS Retail implementation methodology and Agile.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
