What you will do

• Design and validate HPT/LPT modules using automated computational analysis and reporting software.
• Optimize turbofan components and sub-systems for life, weight, manufacturability, and cost.
• Conduct thermo-mechanical and dynamic simulations, including creep, LCF/HCF, and fracture assessments.
• Perform FMECA to support safety and operability assessments.
• Review designs and generate testing guidelines while coordinating with the Test Team and Systems Engineers.
• Verify technical results and design approaches provided by partners and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in gas turbine propulsion and mechanical design for senior roles.
• Strong background in mechanical integrity and heat transfer.
• Proficiency in design packages such as Solidworks, Siemens NX, or similar.
• Experience with FEA tools such as Ansys, Nastran, or equivalent simulation methods.
• Fluent in English.
