Senior Fullstack Developer (Travel)

What you will do

• Develop and scale features for a high-traffic consumer web platform using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build and maintain frontend components using React and Next.js.
• Design and implement backend services using Node.js and Scala.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers within a Kanban workflow.
• Ensure code quality through testing, peer reviews, and shared engineering standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and React.js.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with DevOps practices, including Terraform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of web platform challenges including CDNs, CMS solutions, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Must be located in one of the supported cities or be eligible for remote work from Bulgaria, Georgia, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Background in the travel or hospitality domain.
• Experience working on high-traffic, large-scale consumer websites.
• Experience with test automation and A/B testing approaches.
• Interest or experience in applying AI and Large Language Models (LLM) within web products.
