💼 Responsibilities
— Source, screen, and attract talent across technical and non-technical roles
— Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer
— Collaborate with hiring managers and heads on role requirements
— Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
— Conduct interviews and assess cultural and professional fit
— Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
— Support the HR team during low-hiring periods

🧠 Requirements
— 2+ years of recruiting experience (IT/tech preferred)
— Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, referrals)
— Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, BambooHR, etc.)
— Understanding of tech hiring landscape and role profiles
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
— Experience with rapid team scaling under project demands
— Ability to source candidates globally via diverse channels
— English — B2+, Ukrainian/Russian — C1+/Native, Understanding Ukrainian is must
— Residence outside Russia, Belarus & Ukraine

🎁 We offer:
— Fully remote, full-time
— Salary: $1000–$1500 (depends on experience)
— Performance bonuses for each closed position ($50–$150 depending on role level)
