QA Engineer II (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Execute quality activities including testing and risk assessment to improve product efficiency.
• Solve complex quality problems by innovating best practices and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with artists, producers, and project managers to enhance the player experience.
• Operate independently while providing guidance and instruction to junior QA and external testers.
• Develop custom reports on test coverage and defect data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with a track record of leading testing efforts.
• Proven experience designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
• Experience managing defect databases and reporting on coverage.
• Ability to task and provide feedback to remote testers.
• Experience working embedded within teams of developers and content creators.

Nice to have

• Experience with Teamfight Tactics.
• Development experience across mobile, console, and PC platforms.
• Relevant certifications: ISTQB Foundation, Agile Tester, Expert Level, or Advanced Test Manager.
