What you will do

• Implement and improve testing, development, and validation techniques to maximize product quality.
• Resolve design and manufacturing issues to ensure design acceptance and manufacturing readiness.
• Integrate new technologies such as automation, robotics, and computer-aided manufacturing software to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Plan and optimize testing procedures to enhance reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor results, machine capabilities, and process performance reliability.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite five days a week in Wuxi, China.
• Expertise in product testing approaches, troubleshooting technical problems, and analytical thinking.
• Strong project management skills to plan and control technical resources effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas and needs accurately across teams.
