What you will do

  • Coordinate client account onboarding, setup, scheduling, and production leveraging ClickUp.
  • Implement Demand Generation programs, including quality checking client lists and managing campaign execution.
  • Perform light copywriting, proofreading, and content creation for emails and landing pages to support campaigns.
  • Prepare bi-weekly reports, presentations, and maintain professional correspondence with high-tech business executives.
  • Support the company sales team and maintain accurate client and prospect records in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Jose, California
  • AA or BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations, Media, or English.
  • Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and professional communication tools (Webex, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • Strong dependable and accountable work ethic.
