What you will do
- Supervise the daily workflow and establish project budgets for a 30-person creative department.
- Bridge the gap between performance analytics (PPC, SMM) and visual storytelling to drive ROI.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide assertive, on-brand feedback as a mentor.
- Mentor and manage a diverse team of graphic designers, copywriters, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists.
- Oversee the design and execution of all creative assets across CRM, website, email, social media, and video content.
- Utilize Metabase performance metrics to continuously optimize ad creatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of creative leadership experience, preferably within the EdTech sector.
- Proven track record of managing medium-sized teams in hyper-growth environments.
- Demonstrated experience adapting design and messaging across regional and cultural factors on a global scale.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, video editing tools, and Generative AI tools.
- Successful experience creating original UGC campaigns for social media and search engines.
- Confidence in presenting to international stakeholders and defining clear priorities.
