Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly professional Assistant Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in overseeing the financial operations of a private investment structure. This role will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving process improvements, coordinating audits, and supporting the wider finance function, while taking on increasing ownership and stakeholder interaction within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Control

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports across multiple entities
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger integrity
- Produce IFRS-compliant financial statements and consolidated reports
