What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery for Enterprise clients, overseeing translation projects across multiple service types.
• Coordinate production and provide high-level support to clients and linguists to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), independently managing project execution.
• Make autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries and resolve issues in the absence of broader team support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Requirements

• Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule (9am-6pm UTC+1).
• 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of localization and internationalization processes and technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing competing demands in ambiguous environments.
