What you will do

• Design assets in Figma based on existing content and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with brand team and internal designers for consistency across deliverables
• Organize, upload, and maintain files in Canto and Dropbox
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Communicate progress, blockers, and needs with the design team
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all newly created assets, aiming to complete by June 15

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma design system, including card templates, editing, and file organization
• Strong communication skills and comfort in fast-moving collaborative environment
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-volume output with quick turnarounds
• Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
• Experience with shared asset libraries (Canto, Dropbox, or similar)
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Sora, etc.)
• Self-directed work style suitable for remote work
• Entry-level to mid-level design experience
