What you will do

• Design high-quality visual assets, including presentations, infographics, process diagrams, and marketing materials.
• Support the development of a new website through visual design and page-level creative execution.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design outputs and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Create and maintain reusable templates and presentation materials.
• Optimize digital assets for various formats and platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, branding, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong understanding of Human Centered Design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to collaborate during core U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with PowerPoint or pitch deck design.
• Background supporting consulting, government, or professional services environments.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Framer.
• Experience creating complex process visuals and client-facing infographics.
