Project Manager Commissioning

What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in executing commissioning plans, verifying systems design, installation, performance, and reliability.
• Optimize designs for interoperability, maintainability, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with technical experts, construction teams, facilities engineers, maintenance, contractors, and vendors for smooth transitions and issue resolution.
• Develop and interpret KPIs, maintain project schedules, and ensure requirements are met.
• Document commissioning reports, punch lists, test records, and track issues to resolution.
• Provide technical reports, presentations, and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
• +5 years in automotive industry
• Electric infrastructure knowledge as Project Manager
• Automation knowledge (robotics and PLC)
• Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
• Team coordination
• Safety compliance knowledge
• Soft skills: time management, results-oriented, problem-solving, proactive, customer-focused, effective communication, teamwork, adaptability
• Fluent English
• German desired
• 3 month contract
