TL;DR

What you will do

  • Complete 6-9 month onboarding process.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Relay technical and procedural concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate with QA and developers on testing and issue resolution.
  • Handle individual projects and data conversion as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical support or customer-focused roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and composure under stress.
