What you will do
- Complete 6-9 month onboarding process.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Troubleshoot issues, assess needs, and provide tailored solutions via phone, email, or in-person.
- Relay technical and procedural concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with QA and developers on testing and issue resolution.
- Handle individual projects and data conversion as needed.
Requirements
