What you will do

• Support API roadmap and requirements by defining endpoints, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining prioritized backlogs.
• Own integration request management as point of contact for customers, Sales, and Professional Services, including scoping and status tracking.
• Contribute to integration process redesign across Sales, Professional Services, and Support, building tools, documentation, and playbooks.
• Assist in API documentation and standards, maintaining portals for third-party self-service and gathering feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in product management, business analyst, project coordinator, or related role — or strong academic background with technical aptitude.
• Curiosity about software integrations and API platforms, strong communication to translate technical concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative across teams, comfortable with AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and take initiative in fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with REST APIs or OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Experience with software implementation or professional services teams.
• Exposure to B2B SaaS in government or enterprise markets.
• Background in flat file integrations or using AI for documentation and requirements.
