Facility Clearance (FCL) Specialist

Facility Clearance (FCL) Specialist: Supporting the FCL Team in onboarding new clients for Managed Security Services with an accent on compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule and DCID regulations. Focus on leading clients through Facility Clearance Sponsorship Process, FCL package submission, access to government systems like NISS and DISS, and formal transition to assigned security teams.

Location: Hybrid (US, US Citizenship Required, able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance)

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

What you will do

• Work with Client FSO and Sponsor to submit Sponsorship Package
• Assist Client FSO in submitting FCL Package
• Build and maintain company profile in Security Control software
• Lead Client FSO through formal transition to assigned ISI Security Team
• Support all security functions per NISPOM and DCID regulations
• Handle additional duties as assigned by FCL Director or management

Requirements

• US Citizenship Required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain minimum Secret clearance
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience (security experience preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Complete required CDSE STEPP courses: FSO Program Management, Insider Threat, PII, Cybersecurity Awareness
