What you will do

• Develop and deploy innovative physical security technology and operations across a global network of data centers and offices.
• Lead the overall strategy and implementation to unify physical and digital access into a cohesive security solution.
• Establish, implement, and automate global physical security standards, policies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 requirements through internal and external audits.
• Deploy and remediate access control and CCTV equipment with vendor support.
• Partner with the SIRT and People's teams to manage security-related incidents and investigations.

Requirements

• Experience managing local physical security programs and event security practices.
• Solid understanding of integrating and deploying access control and CCTV systems at scale, including networking and systems engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies at various levels.
• Willingness to travel approximately 35% to global hirify.global locations.
• Must be based in New York (In-Office).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with Verkada Command and deploying Verkada cameras and access sensors.
• Experience communicating physical security risk plans to executive leadership.
• Experience performing site walkthroughs of data centers and corporate offices to identify risks.
