What you will do

• Drive fundamental business process improvements and streamline organizational operations.
• Manage data flow and system integrations to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the company.
• Facilitate the adoption of new business processes and technology tools.
• Develop detailed diagrams of current business problems, user stories, and solution requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement automation where necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and integrations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Advanced English (C1) proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
• Must be based in Argentina for a hybrid work model in Buenos Aires.
• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Expertise with ERP and CRM tools including Netsuite, Salesforce, and Zendesk/FreshService.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Analysis, or equivalent (advantage).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and understanding of APIs.
• Experience with iPaaS solutions like Workato and Zapier.
