TL;DR

Director, Medical Science Liaison (Northeast US and Canada) (Cell Therapy): Contribute to field medical affairs strategy, planning, and execution for allogeneic CAR T cell therapies in cancer and autoimmune disease with an accent on KOL relationships, scientific communications, and clinical support. Focus on synthesizing insights from KOLs, supporting medical congresses and advisory boards, and collaborating cross-functionally on medical strategies.

Location: Remote field-based in Northeast US territory with periodic travel to Canada (up to 70% travel); must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain passport/visa for Canada

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs, clinical investigators, advocacy groups, and healthcare collaborators.
  • Deliver scientific presentations, educational programs, and discussions to communicate clinical data.
  • Gather and share KOL insights with internal teams.
  • Provide support for medical congresses, advisory boards, and scientific engagements.
  • Collaborate with clinical development, operations, and other teams on medical strategies.
  • Maintain expertise in hematology/oncology and cellular therapy.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, MD, APN).
  • 2+ years as hematology/oncology or cell therapy MSL, or 4+ years direct patient care in relevant field.
  • Understanding of hospital hematology/oncology systems in Northeast US and assigned Canadian clinical trial sites.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% including overnight and to Canada.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to travel to Canada (passport/visa/eTA).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to work in fast-paced biotech environment.
