What you will do

• Develop high-quality content for website, landing pages, blog, social media, emails, case studies, video scripts, and thought leadership articles.
• Create copy for sales collateral, brochures, presentations, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, customer success, and design teams to align content with business objectives.
• Edit and proofread all market-facing content for accuracy, grammar, and quality.
• Work with Web Marketing team on SEO content to improve website visibility and organic reach.
• Stay current with industry trends, produce research-driven content, and contribute to content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing and content writing, preferably in EdTech, Behavioral Health, or Benefits Administration.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to simplify complex topics for educators and decision-makers.
• Strong SEO knowledge and digital content creation proficiency.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Mental Health, SEL, MTSS, Behavior Management, Professional Development, Special Education.
• Experience collaborating with graphic designers and production teams.
• Familiarity with CMS like WordPress, Asana, and EdTech/Behavioral Health tools.
• Strong project management skills for multitasking and deadlines.
