International CRO with over 25 years of experience in conducting Phase I-IV, non-interventional and medical devices studies on an international level.

What you will do

• Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and bid defense meetings.
• Manage the RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate inputs from internal functions.
• Identify business development opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the acquisition process.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Business Development teams to ensure project acquisition.
• Review vendor quotations and support selection processes to optimize project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• At least 10 years of experience in clinical development in a CRO.
• Deep understanding of ICH-GCP, ISO14155, EMA, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
