What you will do

• Own and improve DR methodology, standards, controls, and playbooks aligned with enterprise resilience and ISO 22301.
• Develop guidance, templates, and documentation for DR plans across engineering and operational teams.
• Design and deliver training to boost DR awareness and maturity.
• Review DR plans for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with standards.
• Validate RTO/RPO from BIA/TIA against system architecture and procedures.
• Advise teams on resilient architecture patterns and recovery strategies.
• Review and validate DR exercises for execution and improvement.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and governance standards using ServiceNow BCM.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in enterprise resilience, DR, or business continuity in complex tech environments
• Strong knowledge of DR frameworks like ISO 22301 and NIST contingency planning
• Ability to analyze architectures, runbooks, and procedures for recovery feasibility
• Understanding of distributed systems, data replication, backups, networking, IAM, observability
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)
• Solid grasp of financial, audit, and IT governance concepts

Nice to have

• Certifications like CBCP or MBCI
• Experience with large-scale disruptive incidents
• ServiceNow BCM or similar tooling experience
