Fullstack Python Engineer (Compliance)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end features across a Python/Django backend and React frontend.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS via Terraform.
• Collaborate with customers and internal operations to implement rapid product improvements.
• Implement and maintain integrations with ERPs, CRMs, and HR systems.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, technical planning, and continuous refactoring.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience building and maintaining production web applications.
• Hands-on expertise with React (TypeScript or modern JS).
• Full proficiency with Python web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Comfort with basic DevOps on AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Must be based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Experience building software for regulated or enterprise domains.
