What you will do

• Define and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, admin operations, and customer service to ensure frictionless execution.
• Hire, lead, and mentor high-performing operations and admin teams within a culture of ownership.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce costs and increase speed.
• Lead the customer service function to deliver outstanding support and handle high-stakes cases.
• Manage internal office operations, document control, vendor relations, and policy compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain (MBA is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in senior operations roles, preferably in tech or high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to lead and scale operations across logistics, admin, and customer experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia or open to relocation to Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups or fast-scaling environments.
• Exposure to tech or fintech ecosystems.
• Experience building processes for multi-country operations.
• Knowledge of compliance or regulatory operations.
