What you will do
- Partner with the founder/CEO to define, track, and drive company-wide strategic priorities and OKRs.
- Prepare high-quality briefings, analysis, and recommendations to optimize C-level decision-making.
- Lead and facilitate core leadership forums, including ELT meetings and off-sites.
- Draft polished communication materials for internal teams, the Board, and investors.
- Execute high-priority, complex cross-functional projects without a designated departmental owner.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and coordinate systems to enable company-wide scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Proven experience in high-growth startups.
- Track record of working directly with C-level executives or founders on high-stakes work.
- Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and executive-level communication skills.
- Must be based in Malaysia and able to work from the Petaling Jaya HQ.
