What you will do
- Plan, activate, and audit new content creation for Lancaster Monaco across all authorized retail offline and online channels.
- Adapt global digital toolkits locally, including product imagery, SEO copy, brand campaign imagery, and social assets.
- Maintain the local asset management database to ensure availability for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the planning, design, and production of content for major product launches and Key Commercial Periods (KCPs).
- Collaborate with local and global creative agencies to produce content and optimize online fundamentals like ratings and reviews.
- Monitor competitor content activation and share best practices with global and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- Passion for beauty brands, brand equity, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships with retail partners and agencies.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in multitasking.
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to lead your own agenda.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Available for a 6-month assistant internship starting in July 2026.
