SEO & Content Officer (6-month internship): Develop content strategy and optimize for SEO/GEO to enhance hirify.global’s global visibility and lead generation with an accent on EEAT, international linking, and multi-format content. Focus on auditing site structure, producing social media assets, and monitoring performance metrics across 11 languages.

Location: Brussels office (hybrid: 1 day home-working per week, occasional remote authorized). You can choose to work from Brussels or Paris office.

What you will do

• Develop content strategy and write/update articles to build expertise and semantic authority.
• Create multi-format content for social media (YouTube, LinkedIn) and lead-gen assets like white papers.
• Optimize SEO/GEO performance to drive qualified traffic and leads.
• Audit and optimize international internal linking across 11-language site.
• Manage CMS operations in Prismic, including content integration and QA for blog updates.
• Monitor and report on traffic evolution and conversion rates using Google Search Console and Looker Studio.

Requirements

• French and English proficiency mandatory; third language a plus.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keywords, search intent, linking; GEO knowledge a plus.
• Analytical writing skills to create SEO-friendly expert content.
• Rigorous, organized, proactive mindset for handling international data.
• Comfortable with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Search Console), CMS (Prismic), and creative tools (Canva, Figma).
• Master's Degree.

Nice to have

• GEO (AI Search) knowledge.
• Mastery of a third language.
