What you will do

• Establish frameworks, tools, and standards for translating product roadmaps into technical blueprints and requirements.
• Coordinate between Product, CX, Architecture, and Engineering to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across markets.
• Lead technical product definition for multi-domain features, including registration, identity, payments, promotions, and player engagement.
• Align technical solutions with the unified architecture strategy, performance objectives, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize backlog refinement, dependency management, and system-level feasibility to increase engineering velocity.
• Mentor PMs and engineers in systems thinking, technical requirement writing, and solution planning.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product, engineering, or solution architecture roles.
• Experience in high-scale, regulated environments such as gaming, payments, fintech, or streaming.
• Deep understanding of modern software architectures, including APIs, microservices, event-driven systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate product narratives into technical sequence diagrams.
• Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for training or team meetings.
