What you will do

• Analyze business processes to optimize the existing SAP environment.
• Rollout and support SuccessFactors Cloud application modules, specifically Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation.
• Design, customize, and implement solutions for global plants based on standardized global processes.
• Strategically develop the cloud landscape and manage integrations with other cloud or on-premise applications.
• Lead IT HCM projects, managing time, budget, and integration with other IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable education.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Experience in IT project management, specifically in planning and implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• English: B2 level required for communication within a global team.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Application Associate certification in relevant areas.
