Location: Érd, Hungary (hybrid, 60% home office, willingness to travel abroad 3-4 times a year)

What you will do

• Analyze requirements and develop customized solutions for hirify.global's needs
• Consult on cloud-based HR management using technological and HR process expertise
• Implement SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Succession & Development
• Serve as internal consultant interfacing HR with technology partners and vendors
• Build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration

Requirements

• Education in HR or IT (Technical College/HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University)
• Profound knowledge of HR processes
• Solid IT understanding focused on cloud solutions and integration
• Knowledge of SAP HCM to SuccessFactors integration via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
• Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules preferred
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, and team collaboration
