What you will do

• Architect end-to-end AI-fullstack solutions ensuring scalability, security, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Design and implement backend APIs with Python and FastAPI; build frontend apps with React and Next.js.
• Integrate generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning), ML models, and OpenCV computer vision.
• Drive rapid prototyping, enforce architecture best practices, microservices, clean architecture, and MLOps.
• Implement automated testing with pytest (unit, integration, E2E) and maintain code quality.
• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs/sprints in Azure DevOps, collaborate with teams, mentor engineers, conduct reviews.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Python/FastAPI for backend APIs and React/Next.js for frontend.
• Strong experience integrating generative AI (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning) and ML/OpenCV.
• Proficiency in software architecture, MLOps, microservices, automated testing (pytest).
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring.
• Ability to ensure compliance, auditability, reliability, low latency in industrial AI systems.
