Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do
- Provide first-touch support across platforms, troubleshooting data issues and access inquiries.
- Recommend improvements for development, maintenance, and system standards to ensure long-term scalability.
- Document current processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows across all business systems and tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Finance, or other technical/analytical fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
