What you will do
- Prepare and submit product content using Inventory flat files to ensure data accuracy.
- Resolve publication issues by submitting and tracking cases through Amazon Seller Support.
- Escalate complex issues to Strategic Account Services to resolve bottlenecks.
- Manage partner-owned Seller Central accounts and maintain internal tracking systems.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and segment leaders to meet strict deadlines.
- Stay current with Amazon's product data management and syndication policies.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry and the case escalation process.
- Experience with bulk image uploads and "Add Product via Upload" tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Ability to work within the 9am - 5pm PST time zone.
