What you will do

• Build, maintain, and standardize reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Analyze marketing performance across various channels to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
• Manage GA4, ad platforms, and call tracking tools to ensure data integrity and proper attribution.
• Collaborate with activation teams to provide timely and actionable reports for internal and client-facing needs.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and validate integrity across multiple sources.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Strong proficiency with GA4 and dashboard tools such as Looker, Data Studio, Improvado, or SA360.
• Familiarity with ad platforms and key marketing metrics.
• English: B2-C1 communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with call tracking platforms like CallRail or WhatConverts.
• Familiarity with SQL or other advanced data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting paid media teams and working with US-based clients.
