What you will do

• Administer and optimize DevOps and ALM tools including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Perforce.
• Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis for CI/CD platforms.
• Manage system configurations, upgrades, backups, and security controls to ensure high availability.
• Define governance standards and collaborate with teams to improve workflows and DevOps best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience supporting or administering DevOps or ALM tools.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL databases, including queries and backups.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TLS, proxies, and firewalls.
• Experience managing user access, permissions, and security configurations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
