What you will do

• Design, develop, and integrate company test products within Test Equipment in multidiscipline engineering teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, and cabling.
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and perform circuit design.
• Conduct power analysis, RF chain analysis, and error budget analysis.
• Perform technical, cost, and schedule management of assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Active Secret Clearance is required prior to start.
• Experience with electrical engineering design, including troubleshooting and analysis.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo Schematic.
• Experience using test equipment like Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Network Analyzers, and Power Meters.
• Ability to use schematic capture tools and interpret schematics.

Nice to have

• Master of Science degree in STEM.
• Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and manage multi-discipline teams of engineers.
• Proficiency in technical writing and formal presentations.
• Project management and bid/proposal experience.
• Knowledge of computer architecture and hardware optimization techniques.
